Saving our ocean one turtle at a time.

Located in Junquillal beach, 4 of the 7 sea turtles that inhabit the world arrive, this being one of the reasons that makes Junquillal a magical place!

These species are the Leatherback (Dermochelys coriacea), Olive Ridley (Lepidochelys olivacea) ,Black sea turtles (Chelonia mydas) and Hawksbills (Eretmochelys imbricata).

Join Us in this journey to protect our oceans by donating or applying to one of our life changing volunteering programs.

OUR WORK

Did you know that sea turtles spawn where they were born?

Sea turtles travel thousands of kilometers to reach their place of birth again, where they wait in the sea for the right moment to leave and lay their eggs in the sand.

At Junquillal beach, 4 of the 7 sea turtles that inhabit the world arrive, this being one of the reasons that makes Junquillal a magical place!

These species are the Leatherback (Dermochelys coriacea), Olive Ridley (Lepidochelys olivacea), Black sea turtles (Chelonia mydas) and Hawksbills (Eretmochelys imbricata).
